DESCRIPTION

13       This class implements watching by comparing two snapshots of the
14       filesystem tree. It if inefficient and dumb, and so it is the subclass
15       of last resort.

17       Its "$watcher->wait_for_events" method sleeps between comparisons of
18       the filesystem snapshot it takes.
