DESCRIPTION

14       Start  the  graphical  user  interface  of the PyMca X-Ray Fluorescence
15       Toolkit image correlation tool.

17       This tool is automatically launched by  the  PyMca  X-ray  fluorescence
18       toolkit after a batch analysis.

20       It allows one to superpose up to three images in RED, GREEN and BLUE in
21       order to investigate correlations among them. All the images have to be
22       of the same dimension.

24       The  program builds a table with all the input images but only three of
25       them can be superposed at the same time.

27       This program also offers the possibility to perform mathematical opera‐
28       tions among the images and simple multivariate analysis.
