17       name hash algorithm, the asymmetric signature algorithm, scheme and pa‐

DESCRIPTION

21       tss2_pcrextend(1)  - This command extends the data into the PCR listed.
22       The parameter logData is extended into the PCR log.  If the logData  is
23       NULL,  only  the  PCR extend takes place.  All PCRs currently active in
24       the TPM are extended.

OPTIONS

27       These are the available options:

29       • -x, --pcr=INTEGER:

31       The PCR to extend.

33       • -i, --data=FILENAME or - (for stdin):

35         The event data to be extended.

37       • -l, --logData=FILENAME or - (for stdin):

39         Contains a JSON representation of data to be  written  to  the  PCR's
40         event log.  Optional parameter.

COMMON OPTIONS

43       This  collection of options are common to all tss2 programs and provide
44       information that many users may expect.

46       • -h, --help [man|no-man]: Display the tools manpage.  By  default,  it
47         attempts  to  invoke  the  manpager for the tool, however, on failure
48         will output a short tool summary.  This is the same behavior  if  the
49         "man"  option argument is specified, however if explicit "man" is re‐
50         quested, the tool will provide errors from man  on  stderr.   If  the
51         "no-man"  option  if  specified, or the manpager fails, the short op‐
52         tions will be output to stdout.

54         To successfully use the manpages feature requires the manpages to  be
55         installed or on MANPATH, See man(1) for more details.

57       • -v,  --version:  Display version information for this tool, supported
58         tctis and exit.
