DESCRIPTION

14       Creates  a  sample  instance,  using the supplied sample data.  The in‐
15       stance must be attached to a mixer (or voice) in order to actually pro‐
16       duce output.

18       The  argument may be NULL.  You can then set the sample data later with
19       al_set_sample(3).
