DESCRIPTION

18       The  PSK identity hint may give the client help in deciding which user‐
19       name to use.  This should only be called in case of PSK  authentication
20       and in case of a client.

NOTE

23       there  is  no hint in TLS 1.3, so this function will return NULL if TLS
24       1.3 has been negotiated.

RETURNS

27       the identity hint of the peer, or NULL in case of an error  or  if  TLS
28       1.3 is being used.
