241 When parsing deltas, there are words that may be used to specify

559 In writing out dates in common forms, there are a number of words
560 that are typically not important.
561 There is frequently a word that appears in a phrase to designate
563 that a time is going to be specified next. In English, you would
564 use the word AT in the example:

571 Another word is used to designate one member of a set. In English,

592 Words that set the date, time, or both
594 There are some words that can be used to specify a date, a time, or
595 both relative to now.
596 Words that set the date are similar to the English words
598 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow'. These are specified as a delta which is
599 added to the current time to get a date. The time is NOT set
600 however, so the delta is only partially used (it should only
601 include year, month, week, and day fields).

609 Words that set only the time of day are similar to the English
611 words 'noon' or 'midnight'.

620 In English, the word 'now' is one of these.

626 Hour/Minute/Second separators
628 When specifying the time of day, the most common separator is a
629 colon (:) which can be used for both separators.
630 Some languages use different pairs. For example, French allows you
632 to specify the time as 13h30:20, so it would use the following

637 The first column is the hour-minute separator and the second column
639 is the minute-second separator. Both are perl regular expressions.
640 When creating a new translation, be aware that regular expressions
641 with utf-8 characters may be tricky. For example, don't include
642 the expression '[x]' where 'x' is a utf-8 character.
643 A pair of colons is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
645 language allows additional pairs, they are listed here:

648 Fractional second separator
650 When specifying fractional seconds, the most common way is to use a
651 decimal point (.). Some languages may specify a different
652 separator that might be used. If this is done, it is a regular
653 expression.
654 The decimal point is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
