DESCRIPTION

15       Check  the status of the write window Returns the number of bytes which
16       may  be  safely  written  on  the  channel  without   blocking.   'win‐
17       dow_size_initial'  (if  passed)  will be populated with the size of the
18       initial window as defined by the channel_open request

RETURN VALUE

21       Number of bytes which may be safely  written  on  the  channel  without
22       blocking.
