12       This  function  is  identical to mongoc_client_set_appname() except for

PARAMETERS

19       • pool: A mongoc_client_pool_t.

21       • appname:  The  application  name,  of  length  at  most  MONGOC_HAND‐
22         SHAKE_APPNAME_MAX.

RETURNS

25       Returns true if appname was set. If appname is too long, returns  false
26       and logs an error.

THREAD SAFETY

29       This function can only be called once on a pool, and must be called be‐
30       fore the first call to mongoc_client_pool_pop.
