DESCRIPTION

23       This function will set the basicConstraints certificate extension.  Use
24       gnutls_x509_crt_set_basic_constraints() if  you  want  to  control  the
25       pathLenConstraint field too.

RETURNS

28       On  success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative er‐
29       ror value.
