DESCRIPTION

23       This  function  will  DER encode the Authority Information Access (AIA)
24       extension; see RFC 5280 section 4.2.2.1 for more information on the ex‐
25       tension.

28       On  success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative er‐
