DESCRIPTION

17       This function initializes the PSKC library.  Every user of this library
18       needs to call this function before using other functions.   You  should
19       call  pskc_global_done()  when  use  of  the  PSKC library is no longer
20       needed.

RETURNS

23       On success, PSKC_OK (zero) is returned, otherwise an error code is  re‐
24       turned.
