ARGUMENTS

14       int err     error code, a pskc_rc value.

DESCRIPTION

17       Convert  return code to human readable string explanation of the reason
18       for the particular error code.

20       This string can be used to output a diagnostic message to the user.

22       This function is one of few in the library that can be used  without  a
23       successful call to pskc_init().

RETURN VALUE

26       Returns a pointer to a statically allocated string containing an expla‐
27       nation of the error code err.
