6       App::Pinto::Command::look - unpack and explore distributions with your

SYNOPSIS

13         pinto --root=REPOSITORY_ROOT look [OPTIONS] TARGET ...

DESCRIPTION

16       Unpack one or more distributions and explore its contents with your
17       shell.  This is handy if you want to manually inspect a distribution
18       before use.  At present, this command only works with local
19       repositories and distributions that are already in the repository.

COMMAND ARGUMENTS

24       Arguments are the targets you wish to look at.  Targets can be
25       specified as packages or distributions, such as:

28         Some::Other::Package

31         AUTHOR/Some-Other-Dist-1.3.zip

33       You can also pipe arguments to this command over STDIN.  In that case,
34       blank lines and lines that look like comments (i.e. starting with "#"
35       or ';') will be ignored.

COMMAND OPTIONS

38       --stack=NAME
39       -s NAME
40           Resolve package targets against the stack with the given NAME.
41           Defaults to the name of whichever stack is currently marked as the
42           default stack. For distribution targets (i.e. those specified with
43           a complete AUTHOR/filename) the "--stack" option has no effect.

ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES

46       "PINTO_SHELL"
47           Sets the path to the command Pinto will use for the interactive
48           shell. If this is not set, Pinto defaults to either "SHELL" or
49           "COMSPEC".
