NAME

6       Smokeping::matchers::CheckLatency - Edge triggered alert to check
7       latency is under a value for x number of samples

DESCRIPTION

10       Call the matcher with the following sequence:

12        type = matcher
13        edgetrigger = yes
14        pattern =  CheckLatency(l=>latency to check against,x=>num samples required for a match)

16       This will create a matcher which checks for "l" latency or greater over
17       "x" samples before raising, and will hold the alert until "x" samples
18       under "l" before clearing
