6       topoquantize - quantizes TopoJSON

SYNOPSIS

9       topoquantize [options] <n> [file]

DESCRIPTION

12       Quantizes  the coordinates of the input TopoJSON topology and delta-en‐
13       codes the topology's arcs.  The quantization parameter n must be a pos‐
14       itive  integer greater than one, and determines the maximum expressible
15       number of unique values per dimension in the resulting quantized  coor‐
16       dinates;  typically,  a power of ten is chosen such as 1e4, 1e5 or 1e6.
17       If the topology does not already have a bbox, one is computed  and  as‐
18       signed.  If the topology is already quantized, an error is thrown.

22              Output usage information.

25              Output the version number.

27       -o, --out file
28              Specify  the  output TopoJSON file name.  Defaults to - for std‐
29              out.
