6 Scratch - An easy to use interactive programming environment for ages 8

11 Scratch is an easy, interactive, collaborative programming environment
12 designed for creation of interactive stories, animations, games, music,
13 and art -- and sharing these on the web. Scratch is designed to help
14 young people (ages 8 and up) develop 21st century learning skills. As
15 they create Scratch projects, young people learn important mathematical
16 and computational ideas, while also gaining a deeper understanding of
17 the process of design. This man page contains basic information about
18 Scratch. For additional information, see the Scratch website at
19 http://scratch.mit.edu.
