16       ters for all keys and operations of a specific TPM interaction like the
17       name hash algorithm, the asymmetric signature algorithm, scheme and pa‐

DESCRIPTION

21       tss2_nvextend(1)  -  This command performs an extend operation on an NV
22       index (i.e. an NV index that behaves similar to a PCR).

OPTIONS

25       These are the available options:

27       • -i, --data=FILENAME or - (for stdin):

29         The data to be extended into the NV space.

31       • -p, --nvPath=STRING:

33         Identifies the NV space to write.

35       • -l, --logData=FILENAME or - (for stdin):

37         A JSON representation of data to be written to the PCR’s  event  log.

COMMON OPTIONS

41       This  collection of options are common to all tss2 programs and provide
42       information that many users may expect.

44       • -h, --help [man|no-man]: Display the tools manpage.  By  default,  it
45         attempts  to  invoke  the  manpager for the tool, however, on failure
46         will output a short tool summary.  This is the same behavior  if  the
47         “man”  option argument is specified, however if explicit “man” is re‐
48         quested, the tool will provide errors from man  on  stderr.   If  the
49         “no-man”  option  if  specified, or the manpager fails, the short op‐
50         tions will be output to stdout.

52         To successfully use the manpages feature requires the manpages to  be
53         installed or on MANPATH, See man(1) for more details.

55       • -v,  --version:  Display version information for this tool, supported
56         tctis and exit.
