18       • mysql   -   a   mysql  handle,  which  was  previously  allocated  by
19         mysql_init(3) and connected by mysql_real_connect(3).

22         DOWN_DEFAULT is supported.

25       • To  shutdown the database server, the user for the current connection
26         must have SHUTDOWN privileges.
