DESCRIPTION

23       Get  the  PSKC KeyPackage Key AlgorithmParameters ResponseFormat Length
24       value.  This attribute defines the length of the response generated  by
25       the device and MUST be included.  If the 'Encoding' attribute is set to
26       'DECIMAL', 'HEXADECIMAL', or ALPHANUMERIC,  this  value  indicates  the
27       number  of  digits/characters.   If  the 'Encoding' attribute is set to
28       'BASE64' or 'BINARY', this value indicates the number of bytes  of  the
29       unencoded value.

31       If  present  is non-NULL, it will be 0 if the field is not present or 1
32       if it was present.
