16       Get  the  residual  history for the specified eigenpair from the eigen‐

NOTE

30       The vector v must be created in  advance  with  the  function  lis_vec‐
31       tor_create.  When the vector v is shorter than the residual history, it
32       stores the residual history in order to the vector v.
