NAME

6       mailto.conf - configuration file for cups email notifier

DESCRIPTION

9       The  mailto.conf file defines the local mail server and email notifica‐
10       tion preferences for CUPS.

12       Each line in the file can be a configuration directive, a  blank  line,
13       or a comment.  Configuration directives typically consist of a name and
14       zero or more values separated by whitespace.  The configuration  direc‐
15       tive  name  and  values are case-insensitive.  Comment lines start with
16       the # character.

18   DIRECTIVES
19       Cc cc-address@domain.com
20            Specifies an additional recipient for all email notifications.

22       From from-address@domain.com
23            Specifies the sender of email notifications.

25       Sendmail sendmail command and options
26            Specifies the sendmail command to use when sending email notifica‐
27            tions.  Only one Sendmail or SMTPServer line may be present in the
28            mailto.conf file.  If multiple lines are present,  only  the  last
29            one is used.

31       SMTPServer servername
32            Specifies  a SMTP server to send email notifications to.  Only one
33            Sendmail or SMTPServer line may  be  present  in  the  mailto.conf
34            file.  If multiple lines are present, only the last one is used.

36       Subject subject-prefix
37            Specifies a prefix string for the subject line of an email notifi‐
38            cation.
