19                   The  DER-encoded  extension  data;  must  be   freed   with

DESCRIPTION

23       This  function  will convert the provided list of SCTs to a DER-encoded
24       SignedCertificateTimestampList   extension   (1.3.6.1.4.1.11129.2.4.2).
25       The output data in  ext will be allocated using gnutls_malloc().

RETURNS

28       GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) on success or a negative error value.
