14       This function creates a new mongoc_client_pool_t using the mongoc_uri_t

PARAMETERS

18       • uri: A mongoc_uri_t.

20       • error: An optional location for a bson_error_t or NULL.

RETURNS

23       A newly allocated mongoc_client_pool_t that should be freed  with  mon‐
24       goc_client_pool_destroy()  when no longer in use. On error, NULL is re‐
25       turned and error will be populated with the error description.
