NAME

6       osmium-output-headers - Header options that can be set on output files

DESCRIPTION

9       Most  osmium  commands  that write OSM files can set values in the file
10       header of the OSM file using the --output-header option.

12       The format generally is --output-header=OPTION=VALUE.   For  some  com‐
13       mands  you  can use the special format --output-header=OPTION! (ie.  an
14       exclamation mark after the OPTION and no value set) to set the value to
15       the  same  as  in the input file.  See the individual command man pages
16       for where this is allowed.

HEADER OPTIONS

19       generator
20              Set the “generator program” value.  Default is “osmium/VERSION”.
21              Can  also  be  set  using  the --generator option.  (XML and PBF
22              files only.)

24       xml_josm_upload
25              Value of the upload attribute on the osm XML  element  (true  or
26              false) for use in JOSM.  (XML files only.)

28       osmosis_replication_timestamp
29              Timestamp used in replication (PBF files only).

32              Sequence number used in replication (PBF files only).

35              Base URL for change files used in replication (PBF files only).

38              Set  the  Sort.Type_then_ID property in the PBF header if set to
39              Type_then_ID.  Other values are currently not  supported.   (PBF
40              files  only).   Note  that  this only sets the header option, it
41              does not actually sort the file! Use osmium sort for that.
