6       arx-install-data - Install script for Arx Fatalis game data

DESCRIPTION

14       arx-install-data  is  a  tool  to  extract and install Arx Fatalis data
15       files from various sources, including GOG.com Setup files,  Demo  down‐
16       loads, CDROMs and existing installs such as on Steam. This game data is
17       required to run arx(6).

19       By default it will provide an interactive  interface  (either  command-
20       line  or  graphical depending on the context) that will request all the
21       required arguments and  will  automatically  download  patch  files  as
22       needed.  Alternatively,  a source file or directory to install from can
23       be provided as the first non-option argument.

25       The script provides many more options such as a  batch  mode  and  fine
26       control over the programs used to extract archives. See the --help out‐
27       put for all available options and required dependencies.
