DESCRIPTION

12       Changes the description of a repository.

14       The  repository  to  describe can be specified by git remote name or by
15       uuid. To change the description of the current repository, use "here".

17       Repository descriptions are displayed by git-annex in  various  places.
18       They are most useful when git-annex knows about a repository, but there
19       is no git remote corresponding to it.
