DESCRIPTION

13       xgnokii is a fancy graphical interface for libgnokii.  It uses the set‐
14       tings in the [global] section of the configuration file of gnokii(1).

16       You can assume that your phone is supported,  however  there  are  rare
17       cases that you will get very limited functionality with xgnokii.

19       xgnokii  can  save  contacts  in  vCard  format (thanks to Pavel Machek
20       <pavel at ucw dot cz>) if you add .vcard or .gcrd extension (case  sen‐
21       sitive) to the file name in the export contacts dialog.

23       gnokii  is  a  multiple  systems  tool suite and (eventually) modem/fax
24       driver for the mobile phones.

26       gnokii at the beginning was designed to support Nokia  phones.  At  the
27       moment  it  supports  most of the Nokia mobiles and also supports other
28       phones that understand AT commands.
