DESCRIPTION

22       This function will copy the DH parameters structure from source to des‐
23       tination. The destination should be already initialized.

RETURNS

26       On  success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative er‐
27       ror code is returned.
