6       nbd_aio_is_closed - check if the connection is closed

DESCRIPTION

14       Return true if the connection has closed.  There is no way to reconnect
15       a closed connection.  Instead you must close the whole handle.

RETURN VALUE

18       This call returns a boolean value.
