DESCRIPTION

21       Set  the  PSKC  KeyPackage DeviceInfo IssueNo value.  This element con‐
22       tains the issue number in case there are devices with the  same  serial
23       number so that they can be distinguished by different issue numbers.

25       The pointer is stored in container, not a copy of the data, so you must
26       not deallocate the data before another call to  this  function  or  the
27       last call to any function using container.
