598 In writing out dates in common forms, there are a number of words
599 that are typically not important.
600 There is frequently a word that appears in a phrase to designate
602 that a time is going to be specified next. In English, you would

631 There are some words that can be used to specify a date, a time, or
632 both relative to now.
633 Words that set the date are similar to the English words
635 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow'. These are specified as a delta which is
636 added to the current time to get a date. The time is NOT set
637 however, so the delta is only partially used (it should only
638 include year, month, week, and day fields).

672 Hour/Minute/Second separators
674 When specifying the time of day, the most common separator is a
675 colon (:) which can be used for both separators.
676 Some languages use different pairs. For example, French allows you
678 to specify the time as 13h30:20, so it would use the following

683 The first column is the hour-minute separator and the second column
685 is the minute-second separator. Both are perl regular expressions.
686 When creating a new translation, be aware that regular expressions
687 with utf-8 characters may be tricky. For example, don't include
688 the expression '[x]' where 'x' is a utf-8 character.
689 A pair of colons is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
691 language allows additional pairs, they are listed here:

694 Fractional second separator
696 When specifying fractional seconds, the most common way is to use a
697 decimal point (.). Some languages may specify a different
698 separator that might be used. If this is done, it is a regular
699 expression.
