9 This module contains a list of words and expressions supporting the
10 language. It is not intended to be used directly (other Date::Manip

589 In writing out dates in common forms, there are a number of words
590 that are typically not important.
591 There is frequently a word that appears in a phrase to designate
593 that a time is going to be specified next. In English, you would
594 use the word AT in the example:

602 Another word is used to designate one member of a set. In English,

614 Another word is use to specify that something is on a certain date.

623 Words that set the date, time, or both
625 There are some words that can be used to specify a date, a time, or
626 both relative to now.
627 Words that set the date are similar to the English words
629 'yesterday' or 'tomorrow'. These are specified as a delta which is
630 added to the current time to get a date. The time is NOT set
631 however, so the delta is only partially used (it should only
632 include year, month, week, and day fields).

640 Words that set only the time of day are similar to the English
642 words 'noon' or 'midnight'.

648 Words that set the entire time and date (relative to the current
650 time and date) are also available.
651 In English, the word 'now' is one of these.

657 Hour/Minute/Second separators
659 When specifying the time of day, the most common separator is a
660 colon (:) which can be used for both separators.
661 Some languages use different pairs. For example, French allows you
663 to specify the time as 13h30:20, so it would use the following
664 pairs:

668 The first column is the hour-minute separator and the second column
670 is the minute-second separator. Both are perl regular expressions.
671 When creating a new translation, be aware that regular expressions
672 with utf-8 characters may be tricky. For example, don't include
673 the expression '[x]' where 'x' is a utf-8 character.
674 A pair of colons is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
676 language allows additional pairs, they are listed here:

679 Fractional second separator
681 When specifying fractional seconds, the most common way is to use a
682 decimal point (.). Some languages may specify a different
683 separator that might be used. If this is done, it is a regular
684 expression.
685 The decimal point is ALWAYS allowed for all languages. If a
