NAME

6       rotzoomer - animated rotations and scalings of portions of the screen

DESCRIPTION

14       The  rotzoomer  program grabs an image, then picks rectangles and draws
15       scaled and rotated animations of that section.

17       The image that it manipulates will be grabbed from the portion  of  the
18       screen underlying the window, or from the system's video input, or from
19       a random file on disk, as indicated by the grabDesktopImages, grabVide‐
20       oFrames,  and  chooseRandomImages  options in the ~/.xscreensaver file;
21       see xscreensaver-settings(1) for more details.

OPTIONS

24       rotzoomer accepts the following options:

26       --window
27               Draw on a newly-created window.  This is the default.

29       --root  Draw on the root window.

31       --window-id number
32               Draw on the specified window.

35               Install a private colormap for the window.

37       --visual visual
38               Specify which visual to use.  Legal values are the  name  of  a
39               visual  class,  or the id number (decimal or hex) of a specific
40               visual.

42       --delay milliseconds
43               How much of a delay should be introduced between steps  of  the
44               animation.  Default 10, or about 1/100th second.

46       --duration seconds
47               How  long  to run before loading a new image.  Default 120 sec‐

50       --move  Make the rectangles should wander around the screen.

53               Make the rectangles be stationary.  This is the default.

56               How many rectangles to animate simultaneously.  Default 2.
