DESCRIPTION

15       whirlwindwarp plots stars moving according to various forcefields (sim‐
16       ple 2D equations).

WARNING!

19       This screensaver may be dangerous for your eyes.  Please don't watch it
20       for too long!

OPTIONS

23       whirlwindwarp accepts the following options:

25       --window
26               Draw on a newly-created window.  This is the default.

28       --root  Draw on the root window.

30       --window-id number
31               Draw on the specified window.

33       --mono  If on a color display, pretend we're on a monochrome display.

36               Install a private colormap for the window.

38       --visual visual
39               Specify which visual to use.  Legal values are the  name  of  a
40               visual  class,  or the id number (decimal or hex) of a specific
41               visual.

44               The number of stars plotted (default 400).

47               The length of the tail of each star (default 8).

49       --fps   Display the current frame rate and CPU load.

52       DISPLAY to get the default host and display number.
