DESCRIPTION

12       tlp.service executes the following tasks:

14        1. System  boot-up: switch or restore radio states, apply power saving
15           settings and charge thresholds.

17        2. System shutdown: save radio states and cleanup.

21              Applies power saving settings upon system suspend and resume.
