NAME

8 tpm_setoperatorauth - sets the operator authorization value in the TPM
9

SYNOPSIS

11 tpm_setoperatorauth [OPTION]
12
13

DESCRIPTION

15 tpm_setoperatorauth allows setting the operator authorization value in
16 the TPM (via the TPM_SetOperatorAuth API). This operation prompts for
17 the new password and a confirmation of it. The --well-known option
18 tells the API to use the default TSS_WELL_KNOWN_SECRET (a 20-bytes
19 array of zeros) as operator authorization information, instead of
20 prompting for one.
