NAME

6       snmpbulkget - communicates with a network entity using SNMP GETBULK re‐

SYNOPSIS

10       snmpbulkget [COMMON OPTIONS] [-Cn <num>] [-Cr <NUM>] AGENT OID [OID]...

DESCRIPTION

13       snmpbulkget is an SNMP application that uses the SNMP  GETBULK  request
14       to query a network entity efficiently for information.  One or more ob‐
15       ject identifiers (OIDs) may be given as arguments on the command  line.
16       Each variable name is given in the format specified in variables(5).

18       If  the  network  entity has an error processing the request packet, an
19       error packet will be returned and a message will be shown,  helping  to
20       pinpoint why the request was malformed.

OPTIONS

23       -Cn<NUM>
24               Set the non-repeaters field in the GETBULK PDU.  This specifies
25               the number of supplied variables that should  not  be  iterated
26               over.  The default is 0.

28       -Cr<NUM>
29               Set  the max-repetitions field in the GETBULK PDU.  This speci‐
30               fies the maximum number of iterations over the repeating  vari‐
31               ables.  The default is 10.

33       In  addition to these options, snmpbulkget takes the common options de‐
34       scribed in the snmpcmd(1) manual page.  Note that snmpbulkget  REQUIRES
35       an  argument  specifying  the agent to query and at least one OID argu‐
36       ment, as described there.

53       As  the  name  implies,  snmpbulkget utilizes the SNMP GETBULK message,
