DESCRIPTION

29       This  function  will export the certificate request to a PEM or DER en‐
30       coded PKCS10 structure.

32       If the buffer provided is not long enough  to  hold  the  output,  then
33       GNUTLS_E_SHORT_MEMORY_BUFFER  will  be  returned and * output_data_size
34       will be updated.

36       If the structure is PEM encoded, it will have a header  of  "BEGIN  NEW
37       CERTIFICATE REQUEST".

40       On  success, GNUTLS_E_SUCCESS (0) is returned, otherwise a negative er‐
