NAME

6       qenable - enable input to a pbs destination

SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

12       The  qenable  command  directs  that  a destination should accept batch
13       jobs.

15       The qenable command sends a Manage request to the batch  server  speci‐
16       fied  by destination.  If the command is accepted, the destination will
17       accept Queue Job requests which specified the queue.

19       In order to execute qenable, the user must have PBS Operation  or  Man‐
20       ager privilege.

OPERANDS

23       The  qenable command accepts one or more destination operands.  The op‐
24       erands are one of three forms:
25            queue
26            @server
27            queue@server
28       If queue is specified, the request is  to  enable  that  queue  at  the
29       default server.  If the @server form is given, the request is to enable
30       all the queues at that  server.   If  a  full  destination  identifier,
31       queue@server, is given, the request is to enable the named queue at the
32       named server.

STANDARD ERROR

35       The qenable command will write a diagnostic message to  standard  error
36       for each error occurrence.

EXIT STATUS

39       Upon successful processing of all the operands presented to the qenable
40       command, the exit status will be a value of zero.

42       If the qenable command fails to process any operand, the command  exits
43       with a value greater than zero.
