DESCRIPTION

21       Set  the PSKC KeyPackage Key Algorithm attribute value.  This may be an
22       URN, for example "urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:keyprov:pskc:hotp".

25       not  deallocate  the  data  before another call to this function or the
26       last call to any function using container.
