6 inputattach - attach a serial line to an input-layer device

13 inputattach attaches a serial line to an input-layer device via a line
14 discipline.
15 At least one of the available modes must be specified on the command
17 line; if the modes can be probed, up to four can be specified, and they
18 will be tried in sequence until one matches the device.
