11       From  the  INPUT file, fmidi-seq(1) calculates the precise time in sec‐
12       onds where individual MIDI events would occur in playback, producing  a
13       textual  output.   The  result  is  structured as an S-expression; each
14       event is represented as a tuple of the track number, the time  (offset)
15       in seconds, and the MIDI event.
