6       ntsc-cc - closed caption decoder

SYNOPSIS

9       ntsc-cc [ options ]

DESCRIPTION

12       ntsc-cc reads vbi data from /dev/vbi0 and decodes the enclosed cc data.
13       Start it with '-h' to get a list of cmd line options.
