NAME

6       pevent - Generate an event and inject it into the system

SYNOPSIS

9              pevent [ options ]

DESCRIPTION

12       pevent  will  generate  a  specified event and inject it into a server.
13       This requires that pevent connect to an appropriate server -  the  tool
14       will automatically attempt to do so, but options are provided to assist
15       its search or to direct it to a specific server.

OPTIONS

18       pevent supports the following options:

20              -e|--event               Status code of event to be sent
21              -h|--help                This help message
22              -p|--pid <arg0>          Specify starter pid
23              -r|--range               Range of event to be sent
24              -v|--verbose             Be Verbose
