SYNOPSIS

9       tss2_verifysignature [OPTIONS]

DESCRIPTION

12       tss2_verifysignature(1)  -  This  command  verifies a signature using a
13       public key found in the passed key path.  The used signature  verifica‐
14       tion  scheme  is specified in the cryptographic profile (cf., fapi-pro‐
15       file(5)).

OPTIONS

18       These are the available options:

20       • -d, --digest=FILENAME or - (for stdin):

22         The data that was signed, already hashed  according  to  the  crypto‐
23         graphic profile (cf., fapi-profile(5)).

25       • -p, --keyPath=STRING:

27         Path to the verification public key.

29       • -i, --signature=FILENAME or - (for stdin):

COMMON OPTIONS

34       This  collection of options are common to all tss2 programs and provide
35       information that many users may expect.

37       • -h, --help [man|no-man]: Display the tools manpage.  By  default,  it
38         attempts  to  invoke  the  manpager for the tool, however, on failure
39         will output a short tool summary.  This is the same behavior  if  the
40         “man”  option argument is specified, however if explicit “man” is re‐
41         quested, the tool will provide errors from man  on  stderr.   If  the
42         “no-man”  option  if  specified, or the manpager fails, the short op‐
43         tions will be output to stdout.

45         To successfully use the manpages feature requires the manpages to  be
46         installed or on MANPATH, See man(1) for more details.

48       • -v,  --version:  Display version information for this tool, supported
49         tctis and exit.
