6       git-annex-dropunused - drop unused file content

SYNOPSIS

9       git annex dropunused [number|range ...]

DESCRIPTION

12       Drops  the data corresponding to the numbers, as listed by the last git
13       annex unused

15       You can also specify ranges of numbers, such as "1-1000".  Or,  specify
16       "all" to drop all unused data.

OPTIONS

19       --from=remote

21              Rather than dropping the unused files from the local repository,
22              drop them from the remote repository.

25              Use this option with care! It bypasses safety checks, and forces
26              git-annex  to  delete  the  content of the specified files, even
27              from the last repository that is  storing  their  content.  Data
28              loss can result from using this option.

30       --json Enable  JSON  output.  This is intended to be parsed by programs
31              that use git-annex. Each line of output is a JSON object.

34              Messages that would normally be output to standard error are in‐
35              cluded in the JSON instead.
