DESCRIPTION

17       Return true if this connection is ready to start another option
18       negotiation command while handshaking with the server.  An option
19       command will move back to the connecting state (see
20       nbd_aio_is_connecting(3)).  Note that this state cannot be reached
21       unless requested by nbd_set_opt_mode(3), and even then it only works
22       with newstyle servers; an oldstyle server will skip straight to
23       nbd_aio_is_ready(3).

26       This call returns a boolean value.
