DESCRIPTION

13       boincmgr is a graphical tool which allows one to manage and control the
14       running BOINC core client.  See boinc_client(1)  for  more  information
15       about the core client.

19       Pull-down  menus  at  the  top of the BOINC Manager window allow you to
20       control the running core client, the projects it is  attached  to,  and
21       tasks being run or waiting to run.

37       Selecting an option that requires contacting a project will temporarily
38       enable  network  activity  regardless  of  the  network  setting.  This
39       includes updating a project, retrying file transfers, retrying communi‐
40       cations and attaching to projects. Network activity will remain enabled
41       for five minutes.

44       Selecting Snooze from the icon menu overrides the 'run....' setting and
45       suspends activity for one hour.  Unselecting Snooze, or  selecting  the
46       Activity  menu  items  Run  always  or Run based on preferences cancels
47       Snooze.
