6 osiv_getargs - retrieves arguments from osiv data file

9 osiv_getargs [-o output_file] file

12 osiv_getargs is a program for extracting the arguments from an
13 osiv data file. If the input file is "-", data will be read
14 from stdin. However, since osiv_getargs requires random access
15 to the file this is rarely useful. Similarly, if the output
16 file is omitted or set to "-", data will be written to stdout.

20 This is a text file with the argument name, an equal
21 sign, and then the argument value.
