NAME

6       Perl::Critic::Policy::Variables::ProtectPrivateVars

DESCRIPTION

9       By convention Perl authors (like authors in many other languages) indi‐
10       cate private methods and variables by inserting a leading underscore
11       before the identifier.  This policy catches attempts to access private
12       variables from outside the package itself.
